- Multiple settlement ordinances, encroachment code updates and zoning code items were passed either unanimously or as noted on the record; a set of items (items 43, 49, 51, 54) had not been forwarded from committee and were not adopted at this time.
What to watch: Several items that passed unanimously were part of the budget package; they will proceed to second readings or finalization as required. The Good Eggs alcohol-license transfer was the most visibly split vote recorded on July 18; supervisors voting no cited concerns that led them to oppose the transfer despite community outreach noted in the staff report.
Ending: The meeting advanced the city's budget and many operational items; several policy matters were either continued to committee for further work or passed with amendments for implementation.
