Board adopts series of ordinances and resolutions on hospitals, leases, airport operations and emergency repairs; several items continued or sent to committee

The San Francisco Board of Supervisors on April 4 adopted multiple ordinances and resolutions on topics including short-term rental platform verification, airport leases, hospital bond interest appropriations, equipment contracts and emergency road work.

The board passed a measure amending the Administrative Code to require hosting platforms to verify that a residential unit is on the city registry before accepting short-term rental bookings; the item also affirmed a CEQA determination.
