Board accepts firefighter foundation donation of gas-detection meters and EMA laptop; approves fire surplus item

Garrett also said the department received one HP laptop from the Emergency Management Agency (EMA); the board approved acceptance of that donated computer.
Garrett reported one firefighting scuba-diving communications mask had been found broken beyond repair and requested it be declared surplus. The board approved the surplus request.
