Dade City planning board recommends approval of Summit View 1B Part 2 final plat, 7-0

The Dade City Planning Board voted to recommend approval of the final plat for Summit View 1B Part 2 after staff told the board the plat complies with Florida Statute 177 and the city's land development regulations.

The final plat, which records the boundaries and legal restrictions of the 58 lots in this phase of the Summit View planned development, was presented to the board with staff recommendation that the planning board forward approval to the City Commission. Staff told the board the plat meets the standards in Article 7 of the city subdivision regulations and the requirements in Florida Statute 177, and that a subdivider's agreement and surety device addressing required public improvements were included in the agenda packet.
