Mister Fazoo, chairing the audit committee, told trustees the panel had refined its questions for potential vendors and was ready to advertise "very, very soon" so contractors could bid. He said the committee had focused on scheduling between land purchases and construction, cost escalation and change orders, procurement practices and reporting to the board.
"We're at a spot now where I think we should be advertising this thing very, very soon, to get it out for the public and the contractors to bid on it," Fazoo said.
