The Public Works and Safety Committee voted April 14 to recommend approval of the public-improvements engineering plans for the Apple Hills subdivision. The motion to approve passed by voice vote; the meeting record did not identify the motions maker or seconder.
Scott (staff member) showed the engineering plans and said the preliminary layout calls for nine lots, with an existing house on one lot, a stormwater pond and public roads, water and sanitary service. He said a developers agreement (DA) is expected "within the next couple months" and that ground-breaking could occur in three to four months depending on financing and permitting.
The committee approved the recommendation by voice vote with no recorded dissents.
