The council’s financial update at the start of the meeting listed the general fund cash on hand as $34,165,785.75. The council reported a closed-session summary that included notifications of recent personnel changes and legal advice on personnel matters delivered under Title 3 of the Maryland Annotated Code, section 3-305 (b)(1), (13) and (7).
