Finance committee advances wetlands bill after amendment that eliminates fiscal note

And then the fourth was actually a drafting error’’ from earlier work in the agriculture committee (s=968.38–995.39).
Committee members accepted the amendment; the motion to adopt was seconded and the Chair announced the amendment’s adoption. The committee then recommended Senate Bill 6-70 as amended for passage to the committee on the calendar (s=1048.23–1058.88; 1073.27–1082.04).
