Board discussion noted Ben Archer’s long service to the county and speakers expressed appreciation for its work; the board also asked staff to confirm there would be no service gap. Dr. Lozano told the board the district planned the termination timing so that a replacement arrangement would be operational at the start of the next school year and that La Clinica would handle administrative and financial responsibilities for the school‑based health centers while following applicable federal and state privacy laws.
