Indigenous Commission to poll members on in‑person retreat dates; staff to circulate May–June options

The Flagstaff Indigenous Commission on April 3 discussed scheduling an in-person retreat and whether to hold it before the fiscal year ends or defer to January when new commissioners may be seated.

Rose (staff member, Flagstaff City) asked the commission for direction on timing and said she would send a poll of possible May and June dates and also gauge interest in January or February. "I can do a poll for May, and then see how that goes. But I'll also . . . see if people wanna do one in January, instead of the summer," Rose said.
