During open-session correspondence the chair also noted that the Flaming Gorge Working Group had a meeting scheduled (the meeting the next day in Vernal, 12 to 3 p.m.) and that timber sale listings were present in the packet and would be addressed later. Commissioners discussed whether they needed to attend the working group meeting in person or virtually.
The commission moved into closed session by recorded vote; roll-call included "Jack Lydel, aye; Matt Tippets, aye; [other commissioners voting aye as recorded]." The closed session proceeded off the public record.
