For the Castle-related account, staff said an overpayment occurred on real property disbursement and that the agency expects an adjustment of approximately $11,000 on the real-property side; staff said that adjustment is not yet reflected in available distributions.
Board members voted to approve the amended Hunter amounts but reiterated that final release to the developer requires a submitted request and verification of payment. The motion was approved by roll call.
