The board voted to adopt an updated building-permit application and the permanent building permit form, and approved a new home-occupation/business application intended to clarify when home-based activities must be registered with the town. The board accepted recommended fee changes for building permits: $6 per $1,000 of assessed value with a $50 minimum.
Selectmen reappointed Mary Lou McLean and Sandy Pace to three-year terms on the Heritage Commission and reappointed Frank Frazier, Faith Buell and Pat Drod to three-year terms on the Conservation Commission. The board…
