Title I: A district staff member, Mr. Bills, reported the proposed Title I policy is intended to document existing district practice following a Title I audit recommendation. Mr. Bills said the policy would ensure the district allocates state and local funds to schools without regard to Title I status, maintain a districtwide salary schedule, and ensure comparability of staffing and instructional resources between Title I and non‑Title I schools. The draft will be available for public review; staff expect minor edits before returning to the board.
