Dorsey introduces ordinance to prioritize drug-free recovery housing in Prop 1 spending

"Because Prop 1 specifically authorizes recovery housing, its passage offers San Francisco a once in a generation opportunity to make real and significant progress to expand our drug free and recovery housing options," Dorsey said.
