CEQA hearing continued: The board opened a public hearing on the Planning Department's categorical-exemption determination for a project at 2831–2833 Pierce Street (a three-story two-unit building remodel with a proposed fourth-floor addition) and approved a one-week continuance to March 5, 2019 at the request of Supervisor Catherine Stefani. Supervisor Stefani asked for the continuance after last-minute conversations; Supervisor Aaron Peskin seconded. The board approved the continuance after no public commenters opposed the procedural change.
Outside Lands permit amendment continued: The board also moved to continue consideration of a proposed amendment to the Outside Lands Music Festival permit to April 2, 2019, because of a pending CEQA appeal. Supervisor Julie Christensen Feuer (appearing as Supervisor Feuer in the transcript) moved the continuance and Supervisor Safaie seconded; the board approved the continuance without objection.
