- Consent agenda, Items 19 through 13: Adopted unanimously (clerk recorded 11 "I's").
- Item 14: Ordinance amending the Health Code to transfer conservatorship filing authority to the City Attorney (first reading): adopted unanimously on first reading (covered in separate article).
- Item 15: Resolution authorizing the Sheriff9s Office to retroactively accept and expend a $300,000 Justice and Mental Health Collaboration Program grant for 10/1/201793/30/2019: adopted unanimously (same house, same call).
- Item 16: Resolution authorizing amendments to agreements for natural resources and watershed work (aggregate not to exceed amounts described): adopted unanimously (same house, same call).
