Those items were passed by roll call and recorded as approved by the board.
The board sent an ordinance to amend the park code to prohibit glass beverage containers in city parks back to committee (item 19) after Supervisor Sheehy moved to re‑refer the item citing outstanding technical issues and stakeholder concerns, a motion seconded by Supervisor Peskin and adopted without objection.
A municipal ordinance to ban the sale of upholstered furniture and juvenile products containing added flame retardant chemicals (item 20) was passed unanimously.…
