SAN FRANCISCO — On July 28 the Board of Supervisors conducted extended public hearings on three assessment-district measures: the Yerba Buena Community Benefit District (renewal and expansion), the Greater Rincon Hill Community Benefit District (formation), and the Dogpatch and Northwest Potrero Hill Green Benefit District (formation). In each case the board opened public testimony, heard proponents and some opponents, and directed the Department of Elections to tabulate mailed ballots and report results.
