Board adopts multiple ordinances, contracts and resolutions in unanimous vote

The board also approved on first reading an ordinance amending the administrative code to identify members of the Retiree Healthcare Trust Fund Board as city officers and to exclude trust fund contracts from certain administrative code provisions.
