Heilenbach said the fair will include more than 25 vendors and door prizes and described it as an informative community event. The trustee also acknowledged longtime Mental Health Board secretary Joan Waback (also spelled in the transcript as Layback) for 39 years of service and said staff helped transition files and distribution lists.
No formal action was taken on the item; trustees received the report and were invited to participate in the fair and other upcoming township educational events.
