Planning commission recommends approval of 4‑lot subdivision, floodplain alteration at 15719 Minnetonka Boulevard

The Minnetonka Planning Commission on April 10 recommended that the City Council approve a preliminary and final plat and a floodplain alteration permit for a four‑lot subdivision at 15719 Minnetonka Boulevard, voting 4-0 to send the item to the council’s April 21 meeting.

Staff said the 3.16‑acre, R‑1 zoned property would be divided into four single‑family lots ranging from about 25,000 to 46,000 square feet, with buildable areas from roughly 4,400 to 13,000 square feet.
