The North Las Vegas City Council on April 16 approved a comprehensive‑plan amendment and zoning reclassification to allow a 67‑lot single‑family subdivision at the northwest corner of Hammer Lane and Donna Street.
Lexa Green, representing the applicant D.R. Horton, told the council the 9.9‑acre site is proposed as detached two‑story homes ranging from 2,429 to 2,985 square feet and lots generally between about 3,864 and more than 5,300 square feet. Green said the project would replace an outdoor storage site and “enhance the area, clean it up a bit, and be aesthetically pleasing.”
