County staff recommends approval of Shannamarie minor subdivision on Johnston Road

Miller told commissioners staff reviewed the proposal against former citrus‑grove requirements and recommended approval of the minor subdivision. He summarized the proposal: eight five‑acre parcels along Johnston Road, each meeting the A‑1 requirement of 200 feet of public-road frontage, and a 40‑acre remainder to the west with 200 feet of frontage as well.
Commissioners had no questions and staff said they would proceed consistent with the recommendation.
