ADR backs exterior remodel at 51 Loma Linda; members praise cedar shingle design

Owner representative Peter Brockman explained the work will replace top plywood boards with new cedar shingles painted blue and add a new door framing; he said the garage will continue to accommodate two standard cars and the existing driveway and turnaround provide off-street parking.
ADR members praised the design, materials and proportion changes and recommended approval to the Town Council. No objecting comments were recorded.
