Wilson said operations remains the largest vacancy pool, with about 50 open positions and 18 roles in the hiring process, and that recent pay‑equity decisions for fleet technicians should help recruitment. “We are hopeful that some pay equity decisions recently made on the technician side of the fleet services will help us attract and retain these critical positions,” Wilson said.
