At its April 16 meeting the Tulsa Metropolitan Area Planning Commission approved a consent item and three subdivision items: consent agenda item 2; preliminary plat for Crossover Community (item 4); and an extension of the Saint Francis Hospital South preliminary plat (item 5).

The Tulsa Metropolitan Area Planning Commission on April 16 approved several procedural items with little or no public comment.
Votes at a glance
- Consent agenda item 2: Approved. Motion by Commissioner Zalk; second by Commissioner Bridal. No public speakers were recorded for this item and the commission adopted staff recommendation.
- Item 4 โ Preliminary plat (Crossover Community development, west of the southwest corner of East 306th Street North and North Peoria Avenue): Approved per staff recommendation. Motion by Commissioner Craddock; second by Commissioner Whitlock. Staff said the infrastructure is complete and final plat approval will follow.
- Item 5 โ Extension of preliminary plat (Saint Francis Hospital South, Northeast corner of East 901st Street South and Highway 169): Approved per staff recommendation. Motion by Commissioner Craddock; second by Commissioner Robinson. Staff noted this is a large project and that the request extends the preliminary plat approval to allow completion of remaining infrastructure work; staff and the applicant said the last infrastructure work is a storm sewer along 90th Street.
Motions on each item indicated support for staff recommendations and votes carried as announced by the chair.
