- Ordinance (Item 1): Appropriated $1,900,000 from the COVID contingency reserve to the Human Services Agency to provide assistance to restaurant and food service businesses in Chinatown (FY 2020–2021). Vote: adopted unanimously by roll call.
- Ordinance (Item 2): Amended the Police Code to protect employees from adverse employment actions if they test positive for, have symptoms of, or were exposed to COVID‑19, and to sunset a prior emergency ordinance creating similar protections. Vote: adopted unanimously by roll call.
- Items 3–5 (Geo bonds — first reading): Resolutions and an ordinance to issue and appropriate a portion of general obligation (G.O.) bonds to fund earthquake‑safety and emergency response projects (including an $85,000,000 series 2021A appropriation to Public Works, Public Utilities and Recreation & Park). The board voted to rescind and re‑vote earlier that day to allow additional comment; the items passed first reading unanimously. Vote: first reading; passed unanimously.
- Item 6 (Housing loan): Resolution authorizing an amended and restated loan agreement to increase HOPE SF financing (Potrero Hope SF) with an additional approximately $22.7 million for infrastructure and housing; resolution adopted unanimously.
- Item 7 (Public health grant): Resolution retroactively authorizing the Department of Public Health to accept and expand a $1,900,000 Mental Health Services Oversight and Accountability Commission grant for early psychosis intervention; adopted unanimously.
- Items 8–9 (mortgage revenue bond applications): Resolutions authorizing applications to the California Debt Limit Allocation Committee for residential mortgage revenue bonds not to exceed $40,000,000 (78 Haight St.) and $50,000,000 (180 Jones St.); adopted unanimously.
- Item 10 (Muni refunding bonds): Resolution authorizing the Municipal Transportation Agency to issue up to $185,000,000 in refunding revenue bonds; adopted unanimously.
- Items 11–13 (CBD annual reports): Three resolutions accepting annual reports from three community benefit districts (Civic Center, Central Market, East Cut); adopted unanimously.
- Item 14: Resolution urging City agencies to require community benefit districts and business improvement districts to disclose private contributions, prohibit anonymous contributions, and disclose surveillance technology use; adopted unanimously.
- Items 15–16: Motions to appoint or reappoint members to the Sunshine Ordinance Task Force and the Bicycle Advisory Committee were adopted unanimously.
