- Adopted public‑safety and equipment grants: Fire Department self‑contained breathing apparatus upgrade grant (~$1,500,000) (Item 24).
- Appointments to advisory bodies and confirmations of commissions and task forces (Items 28–33). Several of these items were adopted by unanimous recorded roll calls; others passed under the "same house, same call" procedure.
Most consent agenda items were acted on together and recorded as adopted. Where recorded roll calls were taken on specific items the clerk announced the vote tallies in the record.
