What this means for residents and city operations
- Appropriations for Clean Power SF: The appropriation to create a customer reserve fund gives the city’s Clean Power SF program an enhanced contingency fund for community-choice aggregation work at the Public Utilities Commission.
- Airport bonds: Large bond issuances for the Airport Commission move capital projects forward; budget and project oversight will be managed through the Airport Commission and Controller processes.
