Board approves series of ordinances, resolutions and budget adjustments on unanimous vote

Many of these items were taken under the board's "same house, same call" procedure and recorded as passing either by unanimous consent or on first reading as noted on the record. The roll-call votes that were read on the calendar repeatedly recorded 11 ayes on those matters presented as part of the adoption calendar.
Several later calendar items (listed as items 14 through 20) were also acted on by a single roll call and recorded as adopted with 11 ayes.
