OCII approves $53.2 million in community facilities district budgets and sets appropriation limits for 2025–26

OCII staff said the total CFD budgets for FY25–26 amount to $53,200,000. The CFDs fund infrastructure reimbursements, maintenance, capital repairs, debt service and administrative costs for multiple project areas including Rincon Point/South Beach, Mission Bay North and South, Hunters Point Shipyard Phase 1 and Candlestick/Shipyard Phase 2.
