- Rezoning (ordinance, first reading): Councilmember Boone moved to place on the docket an ordinance changing the zoning from Interchange Service Business (ISB) to Light Industrial for 0.99 net acres at 125 Canebrake Drive without a public hearing. Councilmember Baxter seconded; the motion passed.
- Contract change order (item P): Councilmember Baxter moved to amend item P to increase change order number 2 to the agreement with Jamfel and Hop Architects, Inc., dba EOP Architects, by $42,000 from $951,750 to $993,750. Councilmember Sheehan seconded; the motion passed.
- Budget amendments and packet approvals: The council approved tabled motions from prior session, budget amendments (pages 3–5) and other procurement, donation and capital project items as presented in the packet. Several items were approved by omnibus motions with recorded ayes and no recorded opposition during the session.
