Chairman Joshua Maxwell called for a motion and the board adopted the agenda and the consent agenda by voice vote. Commissioner Marion Moskowitz and Commissioner Eric Rowe joined Maxwell in the affirmative.
The consent agenda included minutes, contract approvals, authorizations to bid, budget changes and vouchers as submitted by the controller. The board recorded or discussed several specific contract and grant items during the contracts and grants portion of the meeting:
