Council pauses final plat for Spring Creek Crossing after residents show flooding footage

Resident Justin Fletcher showed council video of standing, muddy water and said the flow “is coming from the construction site” and that “this is my driveway right there,” adding that water has reached a backyard structure and patio that previously were dry. Fletcher said attempts to reach the developer had produced limited response. “I sent these videos to him” but “I haven't heard anything back,” he said.
