The Development Review Committee reviewed the fourth submittal Oct. 15, 2025, for the Onditch South construction-site plan. Community Development said the latest set of plans included a decrease of one housing unit from the prior submittal and that most changes were minor.
The applicant reported that alleyways flagged by Fire had been widened where needed. The recorded discussion said five alleyway locations were widened from the 16-foot standard to widths ranging from 18 to 22 feet in the areas identified by Fire; the applicant offered to perform a sheet swap or resubmit the set so that all plan sheets match.
Committee members had no further substantive comments recorded. Public Works said the changes were minor; Fire confirmed changes addressed its prior concerns. Community Development said it would review the updated plan sheet and provide confirmation to the applicant.
No formal vote was recorded; the applicant and staff agreed to confirm the alley-width revisions and update the plan submittal accordingly.
