The Apopka Development Review Committee heard a proposal Oct. 15, 2025, for annexation, a future land-use amendment and rezoning of the Saddler Road assemblage west of the Gardenia Reserve subdivision.
Jean Sanchez, the project manager in Community Development, said the application requests inclusion in the Kelly Park interchange form-based code area and that the code requires a mixed-use future land-use designation for such applications.
