Carbondale trustees approve 2025 chip‑seal contract with GMCO LLC

Kevin said the 2025 chip‑seal work will focus on the Wheel Circle neighborhood, Village Road, Latigo Loop, Surrey, and sections of Eighth Street (the non‑concrete portion) and Third Street from Main to Sopris.
Trustee Jess moved to approve; Trustee Erica seconded. The motion passed by voice vote with all trustees present saying "aye." No member requested changes to the contract during the meeting.
The contract is part of the town's seasonal pavement maintenance program; the board did not amend funding levels at the meeting.
