Why it matters

Though many items were routine or technical, they include major contract amendments (notably the Motorola systems agreement increase) and a large grant amendment for senior services. Code updates (2019 editions) reset technical standards citywide. Budget and settlement appropriations (items 15–17) implement court or settlement obligations.
