Mountain View Whisman trustees approve agenda; closed session yields no reportable action

The Mountain View Whisman School District Board of Trustees unanimously approved the meeting agenda and later reported that its closed session produced no reportable action during a special meeting on April 15, 2025.

The agenda was approved following a motion by Trustee Connolly and a second by Trustee Reid; the motion carried on a voice vote. No members of the public spoke on agenda items before the board moved into closed session at 5:30 p.m.

When the board returned to open session at 7:23 p.m., the board chair reported that no reportable action had been taken during the closed session. The board then listed future meeting dates — April 24, May 8, May 20 and June 12 — and adjourned at 7:24 p.m. A copy of the governance calendar was provided on the meeting agenda.

Roll call at the start of the meeting listed Trustee Anna Reed, Trustee Charles Fazio and Trustee Bill Lambert as present; Trustee Henry was noted as running late. The record shows Trustee Connolly moved to approve the agenda and Trustee Reid seconded the motion; the vote was recorded as unanimous.
