The item on 8116 Ferguson Cutoff was amended so the conditional overlay (CO) would prohibit the following uses if rezoned to LI: resource extraction, recycling center, laundry services, service station, automotive rental, automotive repair services, automotive sales, automotive washing of any type, and scrap and salvage.
