Montecito student ambassadors showcase program; board approves Camp Tortazzano trip

The ambassadors recognized several staff by name for embodying school values: Miss Maria T (joy), Mr. Jess (relationships), Miss Kira (growth), Miss Linda (integrity) and Miss Terri J (equity). Mr. Stacy assisted with the presentation and a short recess followed for photographs.
During administrative reports staff noted the trip to Camp Tortazzano had been approved as part of the consent agenda earlier in the meeting; the transcript records that the board approved the consent agenda item related to the trip. Staff invited families to request tours to learn more about Montecito’s Montessori program.
The presentation was framed as part of community outreach and campus celebration; board members later praised the students for their presentations during reflections at the meeting’s close.
