The Southern California Logistics Airport Authority (SCLAA), sitting with the Victorville City Council, approved two sublease actions on April 15.
The authority authorized entering into a standard sublease agreement for Building 682C with Angel Industries (also referenced as Andruil/Angel Industries in the agenda materials) to support flight test operations for remotely piloted aircraft. Airport staff said the sublease expands the tenant's footprint inside the airport fence and will generate rental revenue for airport operations.
Separately, the board approved a sublease extension with The Boeing Company covering Buildings 717B, 671/675 and Lot 20. The council adopted an amendment to the airport budget increasing revenue in account 450012544605 by $179,514.12 associated with the Boeing transaction.
Airport Director James Murawski was present to answer technical questions. Both actions passed unanimously.

For the Boeing sublease and budget amendment the vote was also unanimous: Councilmember Godin ' yes; Councilmember Irving ' yes; Councilmember Deborah Jones ' aye; Mayor Pro Tem Herriman ' yes; Mayor Elizabeth Becerra ' yes.
