The motion to approve R32-2025 carried with council approval; the record shows the procurement process followed a design–build selection and staff recommended the selected firm.
Next steps: city staff will finalize contract execution and schedule mobilization consistent with the 365-day timeline. The city clerk indicated the build-out will occupy roughly three-quarters of the front green lot and will be used for council chambers and community meeting needs.
