Kuna council grants time extension for Lynn Rock subdivision preliminary plat

The Kuna City Council approved a preliminary plat time extension for the Lynn Rock subdivision (case 25-05). City planning staff reported that most underground improvements have been installed and that paving for phases 1 and 2 is planned for the spring.
Doug Hansen, planning and zoning director, told the council that public-works-issued QLPEs (quality/lift/paving/engineering permits) have been issued for final plat phases 1 and 2 and civil plan review of phase 3 is nearly complete. “Upon review, staff finds the application to be in compliance with Kuna City code and the comprehensive plan,” Hansen said. He added that, if approved, the applicant would be subject to the conditions listed in the staff report.
Council moved, seconded and approved the time extension for the preliminary plat. No public testimony was recorded for the item. Staff indicated paving and final plat submittals remain outstanding as conditions of future approval.
