CRA appoints advisory committee members in unanimous and close roll calls

POMPANO BEACH, Fla. — During its April 15 meeting the Pompano Beach Community Redevelopment Agency (CRA) confirmed six appointments to its advisory committees for two-year terms expiring April 15, 2027.
The CRA took sequential roll-call votes on six separate resolutions that each appointed one individual to an advisory committee. Nominees were presented from the dais, and votes were recorded by roll call for each resolution. All six resolutions carried.
The appointments confirmed were:
- Lamar Paul Fisher Jr. — appointed to the East CRA District Advisory Committee (motion and second on the record; roll-call votes recorded). - Danielle Flannsha — appointed to the East CRA District Advisory Committee (vote recorded by roll call). - Raffy Katz — appointed as an attorney/legal adviser industry representative to the East CRA District Advisory Committee (unanimous voice vote recorded as “aye; motion carries unanimous”). - Fred Stacer — appointed as a general contractor/developer/real-estate professional representative to the East CRA District Advisory Committee (roll-call vote recorded). - Ray Lubumski — appointed as an architect/landscape architect/planner/design professional representative to the East CRA District Advisory Committee (unanimous voice vote recorded as “aye; motion carries unanimous”). - Jay Ganim — appointed as an owner/operator business representative to the Northwest CRA District Advisory Committee (unanimous voice vote recorded as “aye; motion carries unanimous”).
The meeting transcript shows the commission handled nominations aloud, closed nominations, and then conducted roll-call votes.
