Court amends and approves Sunset Ranch Phase 1 plat and approves Dodson Bennett Lane short plat after executive session

Grayson County Commissioners Court met in executive session under Texas Government Code §551.071 to consult with the county attorney regarding pending litigation and returned to the open meeting to take multiple land-development actions.
The court voted to amend the Sunset Ranch Phase 1 plat by striking note 11, then approved the amended plat and authorized the development agreement for Sunset Ranch Phase 1 as presented. Earlier in open session the court also approved a short plat subdividing a 3.847-acre tract on the south side of Bennett Lane in Precinct 4 into one lot.
All three post-executive-session motions were moved and seconded on the record and the court answered “Aye,” with motions recorded as carrying; no roll-call tallies were given in the public minutes.
