Separately, the board discussed cleaning and jetting a main tile in a district near Whittemore and agreed to schedule a district informational/public hearing to explain options and next steps for that district; staff recommended jetting and televise inspection and the board signaled support while reserving formal improvement decisions for subsequent public hearings.
