The Granbury Planning Zoning Commission on Monday denied a request to change a property at 5301 U.S. Highway 377 from retail-office on the city's future land use map to 'industrial business park' and to rezone the five-acre parcel from Interim Holding to industrial zoning. The applicant said the change was sought to allow temporary display models of manufactured homes.
The request was presented by city planning staff and applicant Hunter Coleman of CRB Asset Management. Cody (city staff) told the commission the property is at the corner of U.S. Highway 377 and M and M Road and that staff had mailed two required notices and published notice in the Hood County newspaper on March 29.
