Establish paid extra‑duty positions pending negotiations: The board approved motions to add or formalize several extra‑duty stipend positions pending the negotiated amounts, including a paid high school art adviser position, two paid positions for Educators Rising (one for middle school and one for high school), and restructuring the tech director extra‑duty assignment into two seasonal positions.
